We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate customer accounts at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: orders that appear to be fraudulent, malicious activity, harassment of our staff, fake inquiries, or violations of our store policies. If an order is canceled under this policy, a refund will be issued if applicable, and the transaction will be closed.

All items in our store are hand-crafted and custom-made using our private in-house equipment.
Fulfillment will not begin until full payment has been successfully processed and received. We do not accept partial payments, deposits, or delayed billing. Once your payment clears, your order enters our production queue and will ship within our standard processing window. Because materials are immediately allocated to your custom order upon payment clearance, cancellations are not permitted.
